This game is currently listed with a 3.8/5 stars rating on Apple Arcade. This game is compatible with most devices and also offers game controller support. This game wholeheartedly changed my outlook on the effects mega corporations have on everyday people.
‘The Mosaic’ is an interactive story game created by Raw Fury. The game’s opening description, “You are a cog in the machine”. Mosaic took to creating a game that contains a very powerful story throughout, not just in the end. You have few but several options during the gameplay; in the end the goal is to destroy the big machine everyone is enslaved to working for. In Mosaic, we are all just numbers and any sort of “disobedience” must be contained. There is a catch to this game; however, as monotonous as this game can become throughout the playthrough, the goal is to find ways to break free from the mundane.

This game is truly a whimsical escape to a world I couldn’t have imagined on my own. Wylde Flowers is currently at a rating of 4.8/5 stars on Apple Arcade, with a lot of wonderful reviews for the developers. We are all excited to see what journey the developers take us on next.
‘Wylde Flowers’ is my personal favorite game to play. I was able to complete the entire storyline of this game from start to finish, when I was off work due to having COVID. This game provides a magical experience and even nostalgia for some odd reason. The creators of Wylde Flowers are working hard to continue creating content, as many people are anxious, having finished playing the game and maxing out all missions and side quests. Wylde Flowers’ developers mentioned releasing their game through Nintendo Switch in 2022 and hinted to possible new content via Reddit. This caused fans to feel at ease, knowing the developers have not forgotten about them.
Shakes and Fidget
S&F has events and boosts quite often. The only downside to this game is that it is essentially “pay to win”. Although you can acquire a lot of gold doing quests in the game, and chugging down beer for more energy, mushrooms make this game. If you aren’t willing to purchase and replenish on mushrooms, you will have to play the game at an exceptionally slower pace. Most of the highest-ranking players do not mind forking over the cash to ‘Steam’ to make sure they stay at the top of the Hall of Fame. Other players voice their thoughts in the reviews about how they feel regarding the ability to level up and progress through the game. S&F itself does not have a storyline to complete but does have quite a fun and silly experience.
‘Shakes and Fidget’ is an idle RPG game that can be played on both mobile and PC. I personally prefer to play this game on PC, but the mobile version is about the same. S&F is a game I play a lot at work whenever I have some downtime to decompress and relax. S&F became popular this year, as idle games are continuing to become extremely popular. S&F offers a medieval feel as you go on quests, slay monsters in dungeons, and possibly gamble your earnings away as well in the tavern. The developers are very active on their social media sites and within their Discord group.

This mobile game is one of my favorites to play when I get home from work. You can craft or buy useful weapons, food, drink, and medicine to keep you alive when you are out exploring.
‘The Wanderer’ is a post-nuclear RPG available to play on the iOS app store. Originally launched in 2018, The Wanderer rose in popularity due to an influx of positive reviews and helpful updates within the game. This game offers a unique post-nuclear experience without the scary zombies popping up from the shadows always wanting to fight. Although there are monsters in this game, they are far more predictable and much less anxiety-invoking.
This game is pixelated but in a way that is satisfying and fitting for this type of game. You can travel around and try to rescue survivors, craft weapons and materials, and gain notoriety throughout the ruined lands. The Wanderer is a simulator game as well, considering you have to eat, drink, and prevent yourself from “radiation” poisoning. This is a single-player game, and so far, you cannot have any companions during your journey. You can however shoot off a flare and call for help during an intense battle with other humans or mutations.

‘Wizarding Mystery: Magic Academy Awakened’ is a direct spinoff of J.K. Rowling’s ‘Harry Potter’ Series. Wizarding mystery is my favorite RPG to play every single day- because of the daily rewards of course- not because of the infamous ‘Simon Sharpe’. In this magical game, you can obtain all sorts of wizards from the HP series and take them into battle. Once you gain materials to do so, you can level up these wizards and make them even stronger than before. You can battle other people’s teams in the arena to prove your strength or join an alliance and make it better than everyone else’s.
‘Wizarding World’ by Fantasy World
Although Wizarding Mystery cannot use real names from the HP series, they can change the names slightly and still make them recognizable. This game features almost every single player from the series, as well as some characters that have been created by the developers. This mobile game offers endless hours of gameplay and does not require you to purchase anything to level up. However, this game does offer several inexpensive micro-transactions which help boost your gameplay; thankfully these are only optional. Wizarding Mystery has grown in popularity since the large boom in the demand for ‘Harry Potter’ material. If you are looking to defeat or team up with the Dark Lord, I highly recommend this mobile game as well.
